Email is the only channel we monitor, and it reaches the people who paint the pots and pack the boxes rather than an outsourced desk. We answer within one business day.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific time. We are closed at weekends and on US public holidays; messages sent then are answered on the next business day.

What to include

If your message is about an existing order, quote the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used to place it. If a teapot has arrived damaged, attach a photograph of the outer box as well as of the pot — the box tells us whether it was a packing problem or a carrier problem, and we would like to fix the right one.

Returns

Please do not post a return to the address above without contacting us first. Email info@pexriona.com and we will send you the correct return address and a reference number to write on the parcel; unreferenced parcels are slow to match to an order.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong and you are not satisfied with our first response, reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated. We will review it and reply within five business days.

What we will never do

We will never email, call or message you asking for a card number, a card security code, a bank login or a password, and we will never ask you to pay for an order by bank transfer or gift card. If you receive a message like that claiming to be from Pexriona, it is not from us — forward it to info@pexriona.com and delete it.
