This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Pexriona collects when you visit pexriona.com or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. Pexriona is a trading name of INTERSTELLAR IOT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We are the data controller for the information described here and you can reach us at info@pexriona.com.

What we collect

We collect what an order needs, plus the ordinary technical information any website receives.

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and telephone number if you supply one; the contents of your order; and anything you write to us by email or through the contact form on this site.
  • Payment information. Our payment processor handles your card details directly. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, the card brand and the last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number, its expiry date or its security code.
  • Technical information. Your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and which pages you view and when. This arrives automatically through cookies and server logs.

Why we use it

  • To perform our contract with you: taking payment, dispatching your order, providing tracking, handling returns, refunds and breakage claims, and answering questions about an order.
  • For our legitimate interests: keeping the site secure, preventing and investigating fraudulent orders, understanding in aggregate which pages and products are used, and keeping our own records straight.
  • To comply with the law: retaining transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
  • With your consent: sending marketing email, if you have asked to receive it. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message, or by writing to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work — keeping your cart contents, keeping you signed in during checkout, and protecting against fraudulent submissions. It also uses a small number of analytics cookies that tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where visitors arrive from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the strictly necessary ones cannot be disabled without breaking checkout.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the store work, and only to the extent each of them needs:

  • Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
  • Payment processors, which take and settle card and wallet payments.
  • Carriers and fulfilment partners, which receive the name, address and telephone number needed to deliver your parcel.
  • Our email provider, which sends order confirmations, dispatch notices and replies to your messages.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

International transfers

We operate from Hong Kong and our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where personal information is transferred out of the EEA or the United Kingdom, that transfer is made under an adequacy decision or under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK equivalent.

How long we keep it

Order records, including your name, address and what you bought, are kept for seven years, which is the period our tax and accounting obligations require. Email correspondence is kept for two years from the last message. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent and for two years afterwards, so that we can show the withdrawal was honoured.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; to have it corrected if it is wrong; to have it deleted where we no longer need it; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable format; and to withdraw a consent you have given.

If you are in California or another US state with similar law, you may also ask us to disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you and to delete it, and you have the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any of these rights, email info@pexriona.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, which usually means confirming an order number and the email address used to place it. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

This site is served over TLS, and payment details are encrypted in your browser and sent directly to the payment processor. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil and support orders. No system is perfectly secure, and we ask that you do not send us sensitive information such as card numbers or passwords by email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we operate or in what the law requires. The revised version is posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will say so clearly on this page.
